METHODS OF PAYMENT

Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Visa debit, e-transfer to heidi@rgd.ca (quote primary registrant name) or cheques payable to RGD (mailing address: 96 Spadina Ave, Suite 210, Toronto ON, M5V 2J6). Payment must be received by May 17 to receive your final confirmation.

CANCELLATION & ATTENDEE SUBSTITUTION POLICY

If you cancel on or before April 26, a $75 plus GST fee ($25 for Student RGD) will apply or you may transfer your registration to another person before this date. After April 26, no refunds will be processed and if you would like to transfer your registration to another person, there is a $25 plus GST fee.

Press Pass

Journalists are eligible for a press pass if they contribute regularly to an established media outlet. Freelancers requesting press accreditation must provide a letter of assignment from a qualifying editor or publication. Professional bloggers and social media influencers will also be considered. Contact rebecca@rgd.ca to request a press pass.
