Streaming pass
The streaming pass includes live-streamed access to presentations on the main stage in the Vancouver Playhouse. Recordings of the presentations will be available for three months after the conference. Workshops, roundtables, the Supplier Showcase and Marketplace are not streamed or recorded due to their interactive nature.

Group Registration
The Group registration rate applies to a Non-Member attending DesignThinkers as a part of a group of 3 or more individuals from the same company or a Non-Member who works for a non-profit or charitable organization.

Cancellation Policy
We are working to deliver a safe and successful DesignThinkers this year. We also want to provide peace of mind to our attendees. If, for any reason, you cannot attend the event in person, your ticket will be transferred to a ticket to the virtual event and you will be refunded the difference in price if you do so on or before April 28, or you can cancel your ticket completely and receive a refund (minus a $75 admin fee), provided you tell us before April 18, 2025.
In the unlikely event that the RGD is not able to proceed with DesignThinkers 2025 as an in-person event in Vancouver, your ticket will be transferred to the virtual event with a refund being provided for any difference in the ticket prices. If you do not wish to attend the virtual conference, you will have 10 days from the date of the announcement to request a refund (minus a $75 admin fee).
