Nicola is a design leader working at the intersection of brand, storytelling and technology.

She focuses on how great design can scale yet remain distinct, and how iconic brands can transform towards the future.  At Condé Nast, she leads the design and UX of digital experiences across their portfolio of brands, including The New Yorker, Vogue, Wired and Vanity Fair. Her global team of 60+ product designers, user researchers and content designers deliver compelling digital experiences, which drive value for the business, across advertising, e-commerce and subscriptions. Previously she worked at Pentagram, Karmarama and The Telegraph. She lives in the UK, with her husband, three children and two cats.
