At BREAKFAST and its sister company, Luster, Zolty develops bespoke, connected products and installations that better connect our real and online worlds. Named one of the world’s most innovative companies by Fast Company, BREAKFAST is a multidisciplinary studio that creates high-tech contemporary art and one-of-a-kind pieces to be installed in lobbies, airports and other large spaces. The studio’s most recognized works include The Thread Screen, a machine that displays images using 6,400 mechanical spools of thread; the Flip-Disc Display, the world’s first modular kinetic display made of thousands of flipping discs; Points, a smart street sign; and Instaprint (Luster), the original hashtag-driven photo printer. The team’s unique ability to develop entirely new ideas and bring artist, designer, electrical engineer, mechanical engineer and software engineer to the same table has placed them on the cutting edge of creativity and technology, reaching audiences around the world.
