Wolff Olins (Forest Young) rebrands Uber logo
Global brand consultancy Wolff Olins, led by Global Principal / Head of Design Forest Young, performed a rebrand for Uber. The new logo and typface called "Uber Move" was designed to evoke safety, accessibility and global ambitions.

Pentagram (Michael Bierut) created a new logo for Electric Frontier Foundation (EFF)
“Last year, EFF defended Kate Wagner, the blogger behind McMansion Hell, a popular blog devoted to the many flaws and failures of so-called “McMansions,” those oversized suburban tract homes that many people love to hate. The online real estate database Zillow objected to Wagner's use of their photos, and threatened her with legal action. EFF sent a letter to defend the blogger, explaining that her use of Zillow’s images was a textbook example of fair use. Zillow backed down, and her many supporters let out a collective cheer."
This caught Bierut’s eye - he loved EFF's letter but also recognized EFF needed a new logo. He and his team at Pentagram offered to create one, pro bono.

Michelle Dougherty created a personal piece of work using iMac Pro
Apple invited Michelle Dougherty and five other renowned artists to create a personal piece of work using iMac Pro. The project was an opportunity for each of them to use this incredibly capable tool to define power through the films they made.

L.A. Metro (Michael Lejeune) helps direct new campaign video featuring actor Danny Trejo
L.A. Metro and director Mike Diva produced a new video for their campaign about not being a pain on the train, featuring actor Danny Trejo as well as the campaign's usual character, Super Kind, a colorful superhero pop star who fights rude behavior on mass transit.



Ammunition (Robert Brunner) wins award for their "Eargo" project
Ammunition (led by Founder & Partner, Robert Brunner), took home Gold in the Medical & Health category at the 2018 International Design Excellence Awards (IDEA) from the Industrial Designers Society of America (IDSA). Eargo is a new kind of hearing device that works with earbuds that are virtually invisible.
