Ideas, not objects
Most people look at a successful product as an object. But a great product is more than an object, it is an idea. To succeed, designers (and their clients) need to create and characterize that idea so it is embodied in everything that encompasses, embeds and surrounds the object. Robert relates how this works through his experiences as a product designer, corporate director, entrepreneur, business leader and creator of his own lines of products. Learn how to collaborate through an entire development chain to create designs that matter, and that will make people love your clients.
